About Us

This storage facility is conveniently located near the heart of Sunbury, Ohio just east of State Route 71, minutes away from Alum Creek State Park and Hoover Dam Reservoir. CinRoc Boat & RV Storage was founded by two individuals with the "love of the outdoors." Owners, Rocco and Cindy have traveled throughout the United States with their six daughters and seven grandchildren, making them connoisseurs for adventure! One of the biggest challenges when returning home from their journey, was searching for a facility to store their Boat & RV without breaking the bank. They were blessed and fortunate to have been given the opportunity to open this facility and look forward to assisting others in their storage needs.

Site Information

Their initial search for indoor RV storage, continuously brought them to units that were not tall enough or long enough. Most indoor storage bay heights are 12' to 12'6" tall. Learning from their personal experiences, CinRoc Boat & RV Storage created a facility that sits on 2 acres of land that offers 70 outdoor spaces and 12 heated indoor bays.

The benefits of storing your recreational toys indoor is to prevent them from unnecessary aging by protecting them from the elements of: sun-damage, rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc. While it does cost more to store indoor, it will save you from costly repairs in the future.
